Lady Eliza Spencer
The Lady Eliza Victoria Spencer (born 10 July 1992) is the second daughter of Charles Spencer, 9th Earl Spencer and his first wife, Victoria Lockwood. She was a niece of Diana, Princess of Wales, and is a cousin of Prince William, Duke of Cambridge and Prince Harry.
